Tigress: Enter The Daddy Issues

Master Tigress was feared as an orphan because of her predatory aspect and uncontrollable strength. Her outcast status was harmful, naturally, and she came to see herself as an unwanted monster. Shifu arrived and taught Tigress how to harness her strength and because of his wisdom and seeming compassion she idolized him instantly. Shifu then adopted Tigress and took her home to the Jade Palace where he proceeded to take care of roughly 2-3% of her parental/ emotional needs.

To be fair: Shifu had a really tough time with Tai Lung and Tigress is turning out fine regardless of his piss-poor parenting. But damn.
